    alphared.com

What's the deal with these guys? Their bandwidth pricing is crazy crazy low. But i just did a search and found 2 out of 5 posts as negative from the last 3 months.

Anyone have anything positive to say about alphared.com?

Would you host your paysite network with them? Or just your high traffic low quality sites like tubes and tgp's?

    Thanks.

I've got half of network and blogs on AlphaRed. There's been a couple speed bumps but the support has always been quick and a lot more helpful then support at some other hosts I've been with.

Alphared is resold by a lot of people. Generally they oversell their bandwidth and boxes - ie, offer 100mbit uncapped boxes - most of their clients will never pull it, so it's a reasonably safe bet.

If you do read the fine print though, you'll see that they limit speed on outgoing vs ingoing and local traffic, too, I believe.

That said, always a very good cheap option. Why pay 90 for a VPS when you can pay 150 for a full box

Almost every sponsor I work with host their galleries with them.

Just check out which sponsor offer hosting for galleries and then do a tracert to the domain name of the gallery server and most of them fall in Alphared.

As for the negative posts, you will find negative comments for 100% of the Hosting Companies out there.

Try to find one company who has no negative comments.

true but not in the same amount.
They're good for cheap options but I wouldn't advice having a paysite
              network with them.
Use them for galleries and other non vital stuff if you have to.

I have been with them for years and the support has been awesome. Everything I ever asked to be done is done fast no matter what time it is.

Some sponsors which hosted there they had big problems there so they had to move from there.
