I had a database crash. Backup was no good. I'm back on track through, everything seems to be in working order again. But I don't have ANY submissions for thumbs-up. So if you're interested in getting listed FAST I invite you to www.thumbs-up.net/submit/ You'll probably listed within an hour after submitting... time limited offer ;-)

I can submit too, but what are the rules? What size must the thumbs be?
Do I submit the thubms or the links to them?
Perhaps stupid questions, but I'm really not involved in the TGP game right now.

How much galleries can I submit?

Thanks people. Thumbs-Up is up again. Needed a boost with those submissions.

Thumsb-up works easy. 3 thumbs, with a fixed height of 85 pixels preferably, 3 pictures that go with it, a banner, a link the banner should go to, and the URL of your site. That's all I need. You can submit all you want, but please don't submit using more than one name and/or e-mail address. The software on our end will pick 21 submitters out of the list every day. If you have multiple submissions in one is put in the list. So what it comes down to is that when 105 people submitted, and you're one of 'em with 100 submits, you're listed automatically every 5 days.

That also means you're good to go for 500 days, so feel free to submit 120 submissions, that should take care of about two years of posts ;-)

All data was lost, including the pending submissions. Everybody that was listed had his URL on my site, so I could easily get those back. But if you have a submission that didn't make it to the list and that wasn't declined yet you can submit it again...

Worst of all was the www.linkshelf.com database. It's a very handy site I've been working on. It's a tool to take your bookmarks anywhere you go. I use it a lot myself, that's why I made a public version. Free of course... A lot of people used it. Lost all their bookmarks. Sucks bigtime. Expensive lesson I guess...

Linkshelf crashing was the worst... A lot of people signed up for an account again. So we're getting there again. Not that I was making any money with that project, there are no ads on there anywhere. But then again, The Hun started off with no ads either. I like the tool myself, use it every day. So why not make it public.

As soon as everybody's hooked I will make it a paysite... That was scheduled in two weeks. Unfortunately this crash caused me to do some change of plans... kidding obviously of course ;-)
