If you place your max bid and it's higher than the sniper's you'll still win. They're just putting it in at the last minute so that no one else has time to rebid. It's just the name of the game.

Auction Sniper is a great tool.

Yea I know on the max bid. I had my max set and was still under my max bid by $10 with 5 seconds to go.

I refreshed the page even at 1 second I was still $10 under my bid. I then refreshed to make sure I won to find out some a hole whom had no bids on this item suddenly beat my max by 3 dollars.

It's fucking BS they should hang those fuckers by their balls!!

send the 10 bucks and but the program, makes you look like an idiot getting beat by a 10 dollar program. It is fact that you save money by not running up the bids. I just do it so I don't have to remember all my bids. I just recently started using a sniper service for ebay. Even without it I would wait till the last 10 seconds to bid but the problem I was having was I was forgetting to bid or I wasn't by a PC when the auction was ending. So the sniper service works great.

Damn those people who bid way before the end of the auction and run up the price for us people who sneak in at the last minute.

All you can do if you like to bid early is just set the bid for as high as you are willing to bid and then just see what happens, either that or wait till the last second.

They should extend the auction by 1 min each time there is a bid made within 1 min to go like some other auction places do it... The sniping deal doesn't benefit anyone, seller gets lower price, one of the buyer walks away annoyed from the auction, extending the auction would really be a win-win for everyone...
