http://www.webcam32.com for the software and just get a ATI vidcard that has the video connector on it to run a normal video camera since most people have those. Run streaming over a pic every 10 secs etc. You have to have a chatroom as well so they can communicate. And run clips for the guest side or even make a 20 layer gif for it.
