    Small index page script/design needed... who do this?

    I need a page designed for a mainstream site that has a large box in the middle of the page where you input your 3-digit area code and it forwards the user to the appropriate local website. Any of you geeks know how to do that? How much. Please icq me at 588-051. Thank you for your time.
