it really amazes me to look back on my big list and see all the sponsors that set up their feeds and didn't see any return after a month or two and just gave up

sponsors are really idiots sometimes, they are so used to tgp being an instant return that they think blogs should have been too...blogs take time to cultivate, and without a feed that updates regularly and for a long period of time you won't see shit out of it...hell, some of my blogs didn't see sales for 4 months minimum, but after that 4-5 months mark they KILLED it

shame too, there are some great sponsors out there that gave it a go and gave up too easily, would have love to have seen them not give up so easily

Exactly - I think sometimes it can takes six months or so before seeing real results for my own projects and for google to take hold. By then it seems half the feeds have stopped or disappeared.
