Wordpress question

Hey everyone! For you wordpress people out there, I have a question. Whenever I put a ' in a post, ex. can't, it comes out like this can''t. And when I edit the post it comes out like this can''''t. Any ideas? Would this be something in style.css or somewhere else in the theme?

ya that is messed up...have over 10 wordpress blogs and have never had that problem

if you don't get it sorted you can always just use " & # 3 9 ; " for your apostrophe's (no spaces), but man would that be a pain in the ass...
