that is pretty hard to do though, you would have to basically rebuild the entire theme from scratch...it isn't like most themes, there are a lot of variables with wordpress that translate to html that you just can't get from the web page

i guess someone could grab the graphics and rebuild it, but with all that work they might as well do it from scratch, hehe

I don't agree. If you have the HTML source and basic wordpress knowledge it will take about an hour to build complete theme from it. At least for me.
