Ok so I just finished with customer service taking care of charges that were on one of my cards. They were able to tell me the site that was joined and the email address that was used but *not* the IP address of the person that signed up. I, as much as anyone, want to figure out who joined... what's the reason for having a policy of not disclosing the IP address to people that are trying to get to the root of a fraud?
Otherwise, I was very impressed with the 3 tiers of billing support that I spoke with.
