U.S. webmasters please help

I live in Europe and I want to go check the vivid.com's join page. But when I go to the join page I get filtered to a localbillinglimited.com payment page. (I tried with a US proxy but I still get the localbillinglimited.com page)

Can someone from the U.S. visit vivid.com, go to the join page and tell me what the join page url is and what are the price options on the join page?

When I visit the join page I see the following:

url: https://secure.localbillinglimited.com/form.php?site_id.........................

price options for "United States":

$ USD 4.95 3 Day Trial
$ USD 34.95 Monthly Membership

What do you get? Do you get the same price options and url?? Thanks in advance.

I just tried it from the UK and I get https://secure.localbillinglimited.com/.....

But the prices are in UK pounds. If you change the country on the join page it changes some of the prices to Dollars and other to thier native currency
