Looking for server/security gurus

I'm looking for anyone that could point me in the direction of a good server/security Guru...

A friends Paysite server has become infected with a script that is inserting a Trojan into their webpages whenever someone visits their website with Internet Explorer. The script has been incredibly well hidden in apache or the service Kernal and we're looking for assistance from anyone that may have any idea on how to remove it.

Different Anti-virus packages report the trojan that tries to install as:
VBS/Psyme (Virus) and Exploit.Multi.Qtp.B trojan

Is there anyone that can assist us?

yes, they both merit this recomandation ...

But I really think you will need to do a fresh OS install to get really rid of this script... Afterwards, you need to get a decent firewall and block unused ports ...
