Best software for hack detect??

Not sure if my system (Winme) as been hakced or just a major coincidence...

All of a sudden couldn't log into yahoo chat.. emailed techs.. they say they have reason to believe that I've violated their tos so they blocked the acct..
I've had that acct. for over a year without problems.. haven't done anything to violate tos..

Then I couldn't log into icq.. I had my pw mailed to me and saw that it had been changed, so I changed it again..

Zonealarm is always running.. so not sure..

I need a good program that will detect hacker activity..

any suggestions??

Actually theres a bad IE exploit (all versions) floating around right now... depending on who's exploiting it, could get past your software firewalls (ie Zonealarm, NSIE, tiny firewall etc).. be safe, patch up.
