Hey guys...we are aware of the probelm and have been working on it since yesterday morning. A controller at our host failed and caused both the A and the B raid backup of our main database file to crash. We are now in the process of re-installing nats and have data revovery people working on the drive.

The good news is it looks like 99% of the data can be recovered. Once we figure out the extent of what was not recoverable, affiliates will be credited for the downtime.

We appoligize for any problems this might have caused.

There will be no loss of rebills. They have been impoted back into NATS from each biller.

We are also 100% operational now and just checking everything at the moment. We will be looking for the best way credit affiliates back for the lost sales tomorrow.
