    Sharper image ionic breeze

    Anybody got it? Does it work? Can it handle my chain smoking?

      It got the worst rating on consumer reports. Theres no fan in it so it can't move the air around to clean it.

              It DOES move air around. Without trying to explain all of the scientific BS that I don't really understand, there is a reason it's called "Ionic Breeze". I have one in the living room. It works great. I have some nasty allergies and they are noticibly less severe now that I have the ionic breeze. You can take a piece of toilet paper and place it over the front and watch it blow in the breeze. There is no fan, but trust me when I say the air IS moving.
