I like that you have guaranteed service levels, but considering that the maximum credit is a month's fee (or 10 days if it's hw failure) is it really worth anything in the real world? Even 1 or 2 hours of downtime could cost a lot more than $79
There arnt any hosts (that i know of) that go above your service payment level, ours is actually pretty strong compared to most.
Yeah, I should have made it clear that it also applies to many other hosts.
My original comment stands though, a relatively small cap on the credit isn't really worth much when you break it down. For example, if my phone company fails to repair a fault within a certain number of days then they have to credit me $40 for each day past that point. $40 is about 1.5 times the monthly line rental fee, and that's a PER DAY penalty.
I guess telecommunications has a higher profit margin than budget hosting.
