Processors with real tech support?

Which processors have real 24 hour tech support?

To clarify, by tech support I mean somebody who knows something about the processor they work for, not just some monkey who answers the phone and says they don't know how to fix problems.

CCBill - forget it.
IBill - Too many problems with payments.

As much as I like globill I think their stats suck. As far as I'm aware that is the general opinion and it seems that most webmasters seem to steer clear of them.

At this point I'm ready to move to anything though. I've had enough of CCBill's "tech support."

Globill's support is 24 hrs, and quick... they answer most emails in 15-20 mins.

Epoch without a doubt. I call them at 4 in the morning..always there pick up the phone. Shit gets done right over the phone.

Epoch is what I was leaning towards, their tech people are knowledgable? The only reason I hate to leave CCBill is because I've already paid the $750 VISA registration and if I move I have to pay it again.
