Anyone know what this wordpress problem is?

I setup a bunch of blogs on someones hosting and now I can't login to wordpress admin on any of them. I get that error.

I'm working on some stuff on a different host from above and this is just amazing. There is some sort of weird lag like I've never seen before from when you upload files through ftp till you actually see them on the web. Strange.
