I had one site online for about a year and few days ago Ive changed the <title> and description and whole site looks. What i want to ask is - how long will it takes to see these infos updated - right now i can still see old info.

After the Google's next crawl of your site .. avg time it may take is 5-10 days, but no one can precisely predict this.
