Today I felt like cooking, so I made some Jello.
2 batches: 1 regular orange and 1 regular lemon.
The first 1 I did with Ice because I needed my Jello earlier.
The second 1 I did with Water because I could wait for it.
Guess what?
The water one was quicker to get hard and more firm. The second one was more juicy than the 1st one.
Moral of this story: Even if you are in need of a quick fix of Jello, do it with water and NOT ice.
P.S.: I used tap water for the ice cubes while the water was bottled.
