All of the things you want installed are non-standard, and being that you're asking for bizarre shit, there's no host that's going to want to support you for the current going rate of dedicated machines.

You usually get: Apache + PHP + MySQL + Sendmail/Postfix/Exim/etc.

The rest is up to you.

FWIW, I was contracted recently to do an ffmpeg-php install, adding mplayer, all of the pretty binary codecs, and it cost them a pretty penny.

For a virtual yeah... But you can get a dedicated for 79 bucks a month with 80GB
