    WP-o-Matic plugin: fixed version inside!

    The following additional improvements were implemented in Wp-o-Matic 1.0 Build 196:
    - "Use feed date" option if forced in order to prevent post duplicate problems;
    - youtube-like flash videos (e.g. http://www.rbblog.com/2007/11/01/anna-mia-anal/) now can be syndicated without any problems - enjoy!

    ?and oh yeah, the improved version of WP-o-Matic 1.0 Build 196 is available to download here: http://www.cyberseo.net/downloads.html

    Waiting for your feedbacks, guys!

        K, just as a note. After uploading over my previous install, it gave me a "click here to configure" link, but the link did nothing until I deactivated, then reactivated the plugin.

          Sounds strange, but this issue isn't related to the changes I've made there. I believe you will get a same problem if you will use the original Wp-o-Matic 1.0 Build 196.

              I was asking Guillermo (the author of wp-o-matic) to add a possibility to syndicate feeds with streaming videos. He promised to do that but it was just a promise. So I decided it will be easier to modify his code myself rather asking him for each feature I need

              2Elli: Good to know it's working right for you.

                  According to Guillermo's statement at his official site - yes it does.

                        even with the feed date option I get duplicate posts... what it needs to do is compare post titles and not re-post the same titled post...

                                Here is what Guillermo Rauch says about this problem:
                                The strategy I?m using right now to prevent this is storing the last unique identifier of the post, so when fetching it checks that the first post it?s going to add does not match the latest added in the previous fetch. And I?ve never experienced post duplication myself.

                                I think some people have this problem because of feeds that update their posts order when updating. I really need someone -a close observer- to tell me why this happens after some experimentation.
