Netscape? What is this "Netscape". Isn't it a something that we used ten years ago? Are they still alive?

          some webmasters use netscape!

          1. Mail program is better then outlook.

          2. Netscape can remember username/passwords on any website.
          (nice for checking stats)

          3. Popups are disabled.

          4. Less exploits targeted at netscape users.

IE is better overall, but netscape isn't complete crap. I use both browsers.

dantheman - a very small % of internet users are using netscape, and the ones who use netscape are probably on a higher version then 4.7.

If you build your site to look great in NS 4.7 it could look fucked up in IE.
            Always design for IE

Miss 1 table tag and the site is blank on 4.5+ to .7

I agree that you should design for the majority though.
