define: obscene

granted, every community has it's local guidelines - standards and such, but i want to know what *you* define as obscenity.

my site shows me peeing, some glory hole stuff, a little bondage, hetero hardcore, and bisexual hardcore. but mostly happy go lucky solo me doing my thing.

i don't consider any of the above to be actually obscene. i do think some of this midget stuff, heavy duty gang bang, alien sex stuff is a bit rough. don't get me wrong, i have seen so much porn over the last 4 years it takes looking at the strange sites to arouse me these days, hehehe. hell, animal sites don't even make me dry heave like they used too.

but i think sites like that may have problems when they crack down on all the obscenity stuff like they say they are going to. "they" being the general powers that be.

in any case i want to know where you draw the line.....what do you think is obscene?

If it isnt "artistic" or "scientific" in nature then it is obscene.

Take it for what it is worth.. It leaves us as subject for review.

The question is no different than "what is art" Tis all in the eye of the beholder. Fortunately, because we are all too stupid to know what is obscene, we have wonderful little do-gooders running around telling us what is obscene.

you really have to look at your community to get a good gauge. If you live in Utah hell just smiling while naked could be obscene, but things would be different if you lived say, here in oregon where I live and we smoke pot, hug trees, have more adult related bizs per person than anywhere else in the US and we are after all the lesbian capital of north america ( just found that one out ) so the community standards are a little more relaxed than they would be in some of the bible belt stats.

obscene is such a blanket statement and gray area that even the supreme court refuses to identify it and takes things on a case by case basis. I guess what I'm trying to say is that if you feel a little uncomfortable about something you may want to take it down and be safe not sorry.

i think Playboy is pretty to look at, but it's not natural at all. the pics are touched up and blended to hell. and anyone that says anything bad about HS is a ......well....a boogerface! how's that for professionalism? hehe

CP tops the list of course, but what about fisting and strange insertions? veggies? vomitus? scat? nasal bondage? i'm not asking about your website or things you are willing to not stare at too long in terms of content, i am asking what you privatly feel is acceptable behaviour publicly.

oh no no, i honestly feel i have followed my states laws quite accuratly. i sure did pay enough in legal council fees when i got my permits and such, my ass is covered ten ways from sunday heheh. i am just trying to start a long thread, inspire some intelligent discussion......and get a kick ass sweatshirt hopefully.
