    website billing.....

    ok so website billing is impossible to get in touch with!!I'm starting to really loose my patience, if anyone knows how to get in touch with them could u please help me out? i have the website billing phone number but they just can't be reached!!!!i've a LOT of sales coming in but that doesn't do me any good now!! grrrrrr

      Fly / Drive over to em. I have given up on getting emails answered. Good stats/sales but they don't answer emails. If you ever find an email address for them that gets answered then please post it.

          I just had a quick look at their site... their sign up form goes off secure1.websitebilling.co.uk ... except the certificate is for secure1.websitebilling.com

          *cough*

          The images in http://www.websitebilling.co.uk/ads_gfy.html are still all broken...

          Did they switch from websitebilling.com to websitebilling.co.uk to get around the visa regs? Looks like it's only half done...

              Not sure what browser you're using rowan, but they're only broken for 2 seconds while it loads the main page.

              That certificate is only for webmasters, not for end users. The .co.uk cert will be sorted out in a few days. You're right, it's a work in progress by the UK arm..

              If somebody specific gives you the run-around please let me know and I'll chase it for you. We're getting to be so busy I'm thinking of putting in a ticket system, but I was hoping not to as I think they're a bit impersonal. May have no choice though....
