Dude. You repeatedly LIED to me. I was a newbie, you fed me some bull shit that you knew would make my eyes light up and think you were some baller. Well, you were right. I did.

Then I recruited my client (angelsofporn) to push your sites. He did and loved the conversions, but there were too many other problems involved. Every time I came to you with a problem you said "oh, I know, we're fixing that up." But you never did! Again, I trusted you, so I took your word as good.

I argued with Jason numerous times DEFENDING you, saying your program was good, you're good for the money, you're working on problems, etc.

When the Visa shit happened I went around getting everyones expired members list from all the boards. People that looked like going under because of it sold them to me. I have a list of 500k expired members that can easily generate that in terms of sign ups. I don't think Krome went out to screw everyone, and it sounds like he got screwed as badly as anyone else by this. Still, it should be his responsibility. I think this makes it clear why purely biller-run programs are the safest way to go for everyone. Can anyone here imagine CCBill not paying-out on signups?

This is the one reason why we only work with sponsors who use processors that pay direct to affiliates. Its not that we dont trust them its just Ibill, Epoch and CCbill have more to lose if they dont pay us.
