          That sounds true for website tours. Heres an idea, why don't we make more softer tours that don't give away too much so they can spend 2 minutes signing up and paying us lol.

                  What type of site is it?

                  Just checked mine for today and I have 4:40 but my site is a tube style video site. Avg pageviews is around 10 for my SE traffic and around 6 for the rest.

                  I strongly doubt 4+ mins is the average stay for paysite tours.
