PDA browser does not support iframes

I have been looking into getting a PDA of some kind of cell phone that I can update my blogs with while I am out. I really don't know much about them and since I have Verizon I started checking them out first.

Every one I messed with when I logged into my blog it would not support iframes which made it where I had trouble uploading anything.

Is this common or is there some setting I can fix after I get it out of the store?

Any suggestions on a good one to use or how to set it up so I can upload everything I need to would be greatly appreciated. Oh and it is wordpress blogs that I run.

    Thanks.... Payton

Is it running Windows Mobile? There are other browsers besides IE available, although I've only tried Minimo (mini Mozilla) which doesn't work so well on WM5.

ReqWireless' WebViewer worked fine on my limited-RAM Nokia back in '05. However, the product is no longer for sale.

Why the hell is your upload in an iframe anyhow? CPanel?

Try NetFront browser for Windows Mobile. It works perfect for me.

I haven't bought one yet but they all seem to be running windows mobile. So they all have the same issue. I also do not know why it is using Iframes but depending on which one I was testing out it would not have certain things like the options to make links or center text and all those buttons above where you type your post. Also it wouldn't show any catagories on a couple of them. The biggest things was not one of them had the frame to upload photos or browse your photos to add them to the post.

I haven't been able to mess with the iphone but if I can't find one that Verizon offers or get one of these other browsers to work testing one I will definately try to see if that works for me.

I have been doing a bit more research online and ran across these.
Has anyone ever tried one of those internet tablets like the Nokia N800?

iPhone supports iframe. Im sure all the N series nokias with the moz browser will to.

I have tested iphone and nokia N60. It even says its ok in the WURFL class libray

It's only an issue with the supplied MSIE. Minimo is a bit unstable for me, but it provides more of a real browser experience: multiple windows, javascript (which means web 2.0 works), tabbed browsing, RSS etc. MSIE just provides you with a single screen which is fine if you want to check a page or two, but quite tedious if you like browsing exponentially (eg, see something of interest in the middle of text, open link in a new window to read it later)
