Advice: On an Affiliate Program

Have a friend who started a dating site http://www.adultmatchclub.com. And he has decided to start an affiliate program, however, he has been looking at the other sites out there, and they are paying supposedly 85 dollars a signup. Anyway, was wondering, what other programs do you promote in that same niche, and their pay schemes?

Actually, if you set the thresholds right, you can pay up to $500 dollars a signup, yeah can you send me like 10,000 paid signups a week, I will pay you 500 dollars a signup. ;)
