What script is this?

I'm sure quite a few of these dump sites use custom scripts, but anyone know of any scripts that will do this?

Basic idea is that webmasters trade traffic on these plugs, and it works on a credit system - sending 100 uniques to a site will allow you to post a link on that site to a plug of your own and receive a % of traffic back that you sent them

Any ideas of what scripts these are and how I can get a similar one?

Thanks for the links gaymale, only problem is what to search for...there are a ton of "link dump" scripts that are a completely different type of dump and I have had no luck finding any sort of script like this that has a credits type setup.

Geeknik, I did look into that script before but was not sure that was what I wanted.
