Yes it would recurring billing in most cases. Everyone tells me to use CCBill but I just wanted to make sure it's something they can do, since it's a "sketchy" industry.

Apparently it's a little complicated because we are in Canada. Seems our best bet is to bite the bullet and do third party processing until we bring the volume up.
