Auto split videos?

I'm wondering if anyone heard of any software that would automatically open up video files and split them up. For example, splitting a video into two equal files etc

Anyone know of anything like this?

Boilsoft.com's Splitter app for AVI, MPEG, WMV and Real files; and Quicktime Pro is the best that exists for QT files.
