Firstly, what a horrible title.
Reminds me of two albums ago "There is nothing left to lose"... Another shitty title for a record.

I pretty much stopped listening to the Foos when they came out with that one. Their sound has been level since 1999. Every song sounds the same and this latest release is no different. They need to go back to what they were doing on their first record, or even TCATS.

Pretender is a catchy tune and me likes at the moment, but it's true that every song simply sounds the same. I don't mind the foos, but I'm not the biggest fan either.

Dave Grohl just seems like the coolest mother fucker around.. He is on a short list of mine of 'famous' people I would just like to hang around for an afternoon.

I saw them on the small club circuit when they first started out in 1995. I caught their act at Foufounnes Electriques in Montreal. That original lineup was awesome. Music was a whole lot better too.
