icq problem

anyone having problem with ICQ?
some how my whole list have been deleted and when i try to talk to ppl.. it wont send.. it just stays still.!#@!@#!@#!@#@!#@!#@!#@!#@!#@!#@!#@!#@!

i even got a new UIN.. still doing tha same thing.

Option 1:
Uninstall ICQ, delete all the files and reinstall.

Option 1.5:
Save your DB, delete ICQ, reinstall ICQ, use your old DB.

Option 2:
