It has a lot of flaws. Basically if you have a preexisting condition it will be hard to get insurance to cover it. I have asthma and there isn't insurance out there that I can buy that will cover anything asthma related. A while back I got bronchitis and ended up in the ER when I started getting short of breath. The insurance didn't want to pay it because they told me the bronchitis was asthma related. I was able to successfully appeal it, but it was a pain in the ass.
