First, most trading scripts in perl use flatfile data storage. Not exactly the safest/most effective way to store data. Second, calling the cgi takes a bit too much cpu in my humble opinion.
Now, with mod_perl it's a different matter ofcourse.

Don't waste your time with a free trade script, if you're going to make any money from a cj TGP you're going to do it with a paid script.
