Wordpress blog question

So I sold a blog to some jackass that thinks I did something to the wordpress files that somehow send spam. I have no idea what the fuck this moron is talking about. Can anyone make sense of this for him?

looks like code from wordpress's admin mailing...mainly sending out registration confirmation and randomly generated password.

It also looks to me that it is for the sending out of emails if a user forgets their password the system will send an email with a link and then an email with the new password.
