help me with my flash video actionscript!

I am trying to create a flash video that does not auto-download the entire video until it gets clicked. Note that I said auto-download, I know how to make it so it does not auto-start.

I know this has to do with actionscripting, but that's where my knowledge ends. I have Adobe Flash CS3 but I really don't understand actionscripting yet. Can anyone provide a basic tutorial on how to actionscript this?
