    yahoo tips?

Does anybody have tips for submitting to Yahoo adult cats?

Namely, do they accept say a site that just has 10-20 thumbnailed pics that open to full size pics? Or do you need a members area and nice layout? Can you list a site that just promotes your sponsor but has just a few free pics on it?

Why don't you go to yahoo and check out sites they've already listed that may be a good start.

However i think the $600 they charge for the chance to get listed is not worth it anymore.

the yahoo link is almost critical if you depend on search engine op but for it to be max effective you need to get the editor to list your site with the title you want. For $600 (recurring!) you should be able to tell THEM what the damn title/desc is.

this is how I work Yahoo:
        • keyword research on the market, decide on keyword target.
        • buy domain name that is (preferred) or contains that keyword target.
        • make site, home page title is keyword target.
        • keyword target is mentioned prominently on the home page and on the site.
        • I sometimes register a corporation in the name of keyword target, Inc., and mention that on the contact page.

all that to get Yahoo to list my site with the title "Keyword Target" (that's LINKED TEXT) I want.

I look at yahoo like this: as long as I make back their fee on their traffic I'll buy the link because it pushes me up in google. Not sure it's worth it if you don't get the right title, but when you do it's cool as hell.

But there are other things which a man is afraid to tell even to himself, and every decent man has a number of such things stored away in his mind."
