Deluxe Pass

This membership was purchased FIVE HOURS ago and is still not working. The fact that the username will be active within FIVE MINUTES is clearly stated on the confirmation page.

Paid via Paypal and received password. Not working.

Contacted them via ICQ. No response.

Requested a password reminder 5 times in the past 5 hours. Nothing received.

It's just lovely how quickly the money is taken from a subscriber's account, but how slowly everything else takes place. What? Is the whole system broken or something?

Worsening conversion ratios are bad enough, and with porn being mostly a "spare of the moment" purchase, I'm not too convinced that many surfers would act so impulsively the next time a paysite membership is dangled in front of their nose.

I understand the problems as a webmaster and this STILL pisses me off. I'd hate to think how Impatient Joe Surfer would react. Wait 2 hours... I've been ripped off... get on the phone... holy chargebacks!

And how would this reflect on me if I'm promoting Deluxe Pass on my site. Is that guy likely to purchase a membership to a different site from me if he ever visits my site again? Uh... no.

i was thinking about using deluxe pass until they decided not to answer any of my questions. thats a major red flag for me when thinking about promoting a site

First thing, we send the user / pass to the paypal users to their paypal email, so just check that email to get your working user / pass..

Then, yea, we're getting attacked like hell on all our servers to get free passwords ... but we deactivate them quickly with the protection we have.

And FlyingIguana, I answered your messages on ICQ like 6 hours later after you first messaged me, because you know what, I also sleep. But well, you posted a thread about Deluxe Pass not answering ICQ messages like 30 mins after you messaged me, so how about you go fuck yourself for once ... you're doing nothing but putting bad words on our company from the very beginning. I'm always on ICQ/AIM to help webmasters and answer their questions ...

i sent my message a second time after you said you didn't get it. still didn't answer me. i had a number of questions and i never did get a response to my first one.

i never did make a thread about deluxe pass. the post i made over a month ago was a few days after not hearing from you. someone else asked what we thought about deluxe pass.

then you start sending me a paste of what i posted on that thread and i sent you my question a 2nd time and have yet to get a response in regards to it.

i simply stated that you didn't answer my questions, which you didn't. thats a major red flag for me when i don't hear back from a company after a couple days. if you don't get back to me, what does that say about your customer service? obviously you may be on top of things with surfers, but all i have to go on is my communications with the company itself.

that is bullshit, it was three days afterwards. so why didn't you answer my first question? don't fucking sit there and lie to make yourself look good. the 11th to 14th is far from 30 minutes don't you think?

IMO, Emailing is more riskier than ICQ.

You have to deal with email client errors, smtp servers, and incoming mail servers.

This is true, and wether he's away or not he'll always get back to you and if you can't contact him at all then try the other guys. They are always around when you need them. The DP guys are top notch in my book.
