Holio has ethnic plugins, not great, not that bad though.
Also AEBN has ethnic video feed plugins, Black one, Asian one.
I'm sure there are some image gallery plugins that have ethnic categories.
Asian niche is odd, think most people rip off content for that niche because so much of the content is from Asia and nobody figures they'll get caught.
There was some guy on here with a paysite looked jammed with Asian movies, I asked him where he got them - no answer
