What are the best server stats programs?

I'm looking for a really detailed server stats program, most importantly which program is the best value for money?

I know Urchin is supposed to be excellent but personally I think it's a little pricey so I'd like your opinion. What do you use or what have you hear is a good program for stats?

awstats are the best web stats around. i'm sure most of the hosts has it integrated in cPanel.

I have awstats installed on my server, I don't like it at all.

Unless I'm using it wrong (Quite possibly) there doesn't seem to be any feature to lookup URL referral stats for each day or a break down of SE stats for each day.
