I'm getting tons of "Bob duck attempted to subscribe but was declined due to...."'s all day every day..anyone outside the US it seems cant sign up for our site...I'm using CCbill...My guess is the majority of these people are legit potential subscribers...Does CCbill have the harshest scrubbing? This is nuts

I agree. Also rebills with ccbill have been horrible for me on a number of sites.

All of my CCBill sponsor sites such as CFF and Joinrightnow just completely fell off about 10 days ago and haven't recovered. I was about to start emailing to see what was going on.

You try managing a merchant account, you'd be shocked at the amount of bullshit charges that get submitted - especially from foreigners.
