Hi. For the past few weeks I've been experiencing more and more error messages in the ccbill admin. The error happens when i first login and when i try to run reports that are larger than 3 days in size.
I've been in touch with ccbill and they are telling me they have no problems and no other reports of this happening. It's happening on all the computers in our office. I'm just wondering if there is something wrong with the connection between us and ccbill and if we truly are the only ones experiencing these issues or if others are experiencing it as well. If you've experienced this error please let me know. Thanks.
NOTE this is for paysite webmasters logging in to the main account. Not people logging in to the affiliate admin.
