what does this mean? what did i do wrong? i tried contacting them but i know its gonna take some time

Typically but not always you just recieved some money that was funded by fraudulant activity and that money you just spent may have to be returned.

Or they could just be acting like the "stand up" company they are and are over protecting you their valued client.
