It would be great if that could be the last word on the topic. Fear is that all the do goodies will continue to assault the 1st Amendment. Take NY for example banning the use of the N-word and then proposing baning ho and bitch. Maybe some of those will make it to the Supreme Court too.

Yes, I agree. My point was that in a climate that is trying to assault our industry with 2257, toon will be the last in line. They can use 2257 for real people but it will take a much bigger leap to include proving artwork is not an underage performer.
