We are running few adult and penis enlargement ebooks for the arab market.
Right now we are billing them by credit card.

Do you know other billing methods that we can use in our sites?

We usually bill for 50$+-.

I was about to suggest premium SMS, but you wouldn't get anywhere close to $50 out of it (or you'd have to ask the user to send 8 SMS messages one after another, which simply wouldn't happen).
