Attention programmers - I'm buying old usefull software

As we are looking to extend our offers in awailable free software that is usefull in one way of the other, we are looking to buy old windows desktop software.
    Our requirrements are:
1: It MUST work in the way it was intended to work.
2: It must in some way be usefull for the user of the software
3: It must work on operating systems such as windows xp
This is a great way to get a bit extra cash for some old school projects, your programming training time or whatever the purpose was when you created the application.
Example of applications that can be usefull (that we might also be looking for if you created such a software): sticky notes, local weather reports, RSS readers, privacy protect, anti virus, small games, whatever really. If you have a reason to WHY it is usefull, it might be for others too, then I might be interested.
    You must be prepared to:
1: Give us a full license to do whatever we wish with the software, sell it, give it away or whatever else we might feel appropiate.
2: You must supply us with source codes of the application
3: You continue as the owner of the software if you like, but you must give us a full license to use the software however we wish.

I fully understand that the software might not be 100% optimized and clean code, but it must function without crashing, and it must be reliable in what it does.
