Webcam model wannabe needs help

So here's the deal and I am hoping someone has some advice.

It's like this. I know a model who is somewhat "well know". She is a walking wet dream and has been featured on some well-known sites. She needs some bucks and I suggested she sign up as a webcam model to do webcam shows.

Well, you know these types. She said, "Can you take care of all that for me? I'll perform on webcam, but you deal with the dough, promotion, etc." Sign me up.

There will be rewards for me for doing this, so right now I'm scouring the net for solutions.

In summary, she just wants to do webcam shows and let me deal with the minutia. I'll make sure she gets her dough and take a slice. She trusts me.

I can't operate as a traditional "studio" as she needs to perform from her home an her PC. I just need to be her "front" and "back" office.

I have a talent source that could generate many more of these arrangements, too. So, I'm motivated to find a solution.

I signed up as a studio with web cams . com but they haven't returned any communications, so I can't get up and rolling with them. I signed up as a "Video Host Representative" on i Friends, but that systems doesn't seem to work well and they have so many hoops you need to jump through to finally get hooked up. It's confusing and I have the impression they are an operation that is slowly devolving.

I did some googling and found many software and hosting solutions, but all that seems more complicated than it should be.

Basically, I want her to do cam show by the minute and get paid. Those payments need to go to me (yea, now I sound like a pimp, but believe me, it's not like that). I'll make sure the money goes to the right place.

Can anybody suggest a solution here.

they mostly have models up and running within an hour + no documents etc...they also calculate in euros...the profile pics might take a day to get the OK though

with any of these cam sites out there you can set up as a studio and have her work in her own home. webcamcash, cams, imlive, ifriends, etc. but its just easier tod o the camming stuff yourself. but if she wants to be lazy about it then sign up on the studio accounts.

If you really want to manage this girl or others properly in the cam /pay per view market you really should be getting the right people to work with you...or advising you.

The days of just signing up to cam sites..the girls sits there and bingo big $$$$ roll in are over...of course she will earn money but how much?

Look at the average cam site and you will find maybe 3-400 girls online..what will make her stand out.

None of the trained contract girls under our managment team earn less than $4000 a month..never(and never work weekends)....thats thier pay after our fees and only working 1 site not multiples...I dont know of many non managed girls doing that..although maybe a few do...

Our management services are not available as we are fully booked..but giving advice is free if you need it...

Yes it CAN be done by independants($4000+ part time) but how many are doing it! Not many I know that!..or we wouldnt be fully booked as a management/promotion provider.

Firstly I see cam models every day complaining how little they get from a site ..example $1.50 from a 4.99 customer rate......but they dont understand all the billing,traffic costs etc the operator has to pay out (ps I dont own a major cam site I,m just pointing out a fact.)

Also just because this business is adult based doesnt mean it shouldnt look at other entertainment industries...Managers and promoters are not always people who suck the blood out of performers....a good performer and good management corp will most always do better even after the managers cut...than anyone working alone...in most cases that is!
Celien Dion....(maybe the highest paid vegas performer has a manager/promoter(yes her husband buts thats not a issue) Lennox Lewis (Champion Boxer)Elton John....Hell even David Beckham and Posh have a manager and promoter.......every major performer ususally has management..sorry but its true!

So anyone who thinks paying a promoter or management team means they are giving away a cut of thier earnings either as not got a clue or has never met a good management team!.
