I actually just had a friend ask me if i knew any good foreclosure sites, if it is any good let me know -
I'm curious how accurate the info is, they have a house listed on my street tht is FSBO for about 30k more than his current asking price. Which he was never even at.
I've not found anything on there that you can't find on HUD or the other government sites.
