CCBILL internal server error 500

When i click on a CCBILL based link , sometimes it says internale server error (500) or gives a msg like this:

"There seems to be an error in processing your request. The information below will help in determining the cause of the error. If you are sure you have done everything correctly and this error persists, please contact [email protected] for further assistance.
Cannot find a site match for this webmaster "

i see this msg on two different sponsors.. and signup ratio is %30 less if i compare with past months.

I have seen this error message several times today. Could they be affected by the SQL Slammer worm? or just server/network problems? The CCBill crew is good, I am sure they are on top of whatever it is.
